I breathing in California and was planning on getting a business license, but I was wondering if I needed a special validate to put after market parts on someone else's car.

I have a 1999 Lexus GS 400....I fancy to know what tweaks or modifications I should do to my car so that It can take Hydrogen... I want to know what devices I should switch out so that it all works seamlessly.
