How Can I Convert My Car To Run Exclusively On Hydrogen?

I have a 1999 Lexus GS 400....I lack to know what tweaks or modifications I should do to my car so that It can take Hydrogen... I want to know what devices I should switch out so that it all works seamlessly.
And I construe all the hoopla
I installed two hydrogen units on my v8 odds and my mileage is better than ever!!
The truck has tons of more power, I was getting 18 MPG on the freeway and now I am getting 38 MPG or more!!
I can't credence in the difference!!

I installed one on my 2000 Buick Century last week. My gasoline mileage has increased by 20%. Hydrogen is seperated from water and routed into the air intake, causing the gasoline to blaze more efficiently. I will probably install one also on my 2005

I see bubbles emitting from my battery shells. Is it because battery is being charged or overcharged?
Hydrogen gas is assumption off when a battery is charging. It is completely normal and has nothing to do with overcharging . It is extremely explosive so be careful when charging. Shun flame and sparks in the area. Allow a few seconds for the hydrogen
