How Can You Make Your Car Run On Water?

Is this reasonable to make this work?I did read that you only need to install attachment for gasoline or diesel engines to run your car on water and Maximum effort of all you can leave all existing car parts untouched.

I heard there's other guests who makes your car to run on water. They say it works by the hydrolysis of water into hydrogen and oxygen. These gases are burnt forming back water.

I have seen plans present for running you car on water and gas on the internet, I am interested in doing this but I hesitate to buy plans for $150.00 if its a scam. Has anyone here seen or done this? If so would you pas on the plans or give me some genuine

I have seen a few questions, but there is one mark that is not answered. If the alternator is putting the same load on the engine regardless of the charge state of the battery, then isn't this wasted vivacity that can be picked up pretty much for "free".
