I have a 1999 Lexus GS 400....I need to know what tweaks or modifications I should do to my car so that It can take Hydrogen... I want to know what devices I should switch out so that it all works seamlessly.

And I allow all the hoopla

I installed two hydrogen units on my v8 trade and my mileage is better than ever!!
The truck has tons of more power, I was getting 18 MPG on the freeway and now I am getting 38 MPG or more!!

There's a South African private limited company advertising instructions on how to convert your car to run on hydrogen converted from water. Does it really work and how well?

Crook oil. Like all things that sound too good to be true...

If it really worked all cars would come out of the plant with such systems. That they don't speaks volumes.

I have a MAP sensor manipulator for hydrogen. It only works on voltage for MAP sensor, but my car uses frequency for MAF. I was current to use the MAP for my car since I was told it was also voltage, but I can't find it. I'm afraid I'm screwed. Any suggestions

Your car does have a MAP sensor, it should crackle into the intake with an o-ring gasket it maybe hidden or covered but it is there it has a thee wire connector plugged in.
