I have a 2001 Ford Skedaddle and I heard it was supposed to have better gas mileage the my old car which was a 1994 Ford Taurus. It doesn't and it has the same. What are ways that I can do to fix this or will I have to survive with it being the same?

There's several things. When you get an oil mutate, always have them check the air filter. Keep your spark-plugs changed, and use fuel injection cleaners. Keep your tires suitably inflated, and I've found that keeping an extra 5 psi improved my gas mileage

i actually want a truck and i think i know the one i want but i think i should get a truck with better mileage. what is good mileage for a rubbish?
Well in my 08 sidestep 1500 4.7l i can get 24 miles to the gallon on the highway but that is very rare for a gas truck usually 20 to 24 is good highway for a commerce... DONT BELIVE THE STICK AT THE DEALERSHIP i is usally not actuall driving cond. now

Admittedly, car property is not my strong point to say the least, but I do know to get the oil changed regularly and keep the maintenance current. It just seems that I am not getting the mileage that I should be getting on my teeny-weeny Saturn.

I'm 18 and conclusion about getting a car of my own, it can be used. I have around 3k saved up and my parents might help pay the rest. (Anything 10k and below is fine) I would love a car with remarkable gas mileage (unfortunately I can't pay for a Prius)
