As my car gets good old days 100K miles I am noticing that it is starting to get poor fuel economy. It's all tuned up, air in the tires, and oil-changed, so why is gig suffering?
Ignition parts get ragged out and less efficient with age. A simple tune-up will correct this. Engine parts, such as compression rings and valves, just wear with age and make the engine less efficient. A complete engine rebuild is the answer for that.
