Has Anybody Really Converted Their Car To Run On Water?

I've seen an article about converting gas engines to run water,not indeed on water,but a gas that in converted from water.Supposedly this will double your gas mileage,but it sounds too good to be true to me.
Turn me, the only way to get your car to run on water is to attach pontoons to each side.

I recently saw an hoop-la for a product that would help me to convert my car to run on water instead of fuel. What do you think of this? Do you think it would damage my car in the elongated run?

I am contemplative about running my car on water - I have heard great stories about people saving 50% on their gas bills. I recognize there are a lot of resources on the internet. Advice please!

I have seen plans on tap for running you car on water and gas on the internet, I am interested in doing this but I hesitate to buy plans for $150.00 if its a scam. Has anyone here seen or done this? If so would you pas on the plans or give me some existent
