I have an A stratum 1.4 petrol, and I understand the science of electrolysis to separate the h2o into HHO, but was wandering if it could have adverse effects on the mechanism eg. rust? problems with the catalytic converter? problems with the muffler?
As LeAnne says, the dash required to generate oxyhydrogen always exceeds the energy released by combusting it. That's a fact of physics.
Those gadgets utilising a jamjar of top-grade under the bonnet are pure snake oil.

Any actual word, no B.S., results from a HHO kit on 2002 Chevy truck?
I have a room-mate with an '02 Trailblazer who is getting 31 MPG hwy with a Hydrogen on Demand kit installed; but also a family associate with a late 90's model Blazer who is only getting 26 MPG hwy.

can i well-founded use the EFIE to control my stoich and decrease my fuel consumption without adding HHO or do i have to have it and HHO i will eventually move onto HHO but am doing it slowly can i at most start with the EFIE or will there be no results
