It will make wiring the cell so much easier because they have built
HHO generator tested with pulse circuit and without.

Pulse Width Modulator (PWM)

This is the completed PWM. It controls the amperage that the HHO generator will create. Voltage is modulated as a series of pulses which results in a sine-like indecision density waveform in the entrancing perimeter of an electromagnetic actuator. The smoothness of the resultant waveform can be controlled by the extensiveness and crowd of modulated impulses per donn circle.
