I have it hooked to the same bailiwick under the hood where my soundsystem power comes from. Its fed by the battery. I have my generator set up with one line going from that to one plate. then the other plate booming to a ground. when i turn the key
The battery is not connected to the key. The submerge system doesnt draw power when the car is off because it was designed by a professional with the proper turn-on leads.
Secondly, disconnect your HHO generator, it is a bogus scam!

Cubicle was made from 12 stainless steel plates, baking soda was added to water. Illogical rubber hose from intake manifold, drilled a hole in the intake manifold rubber hose(fair after the airfilter), Put hydrogen hose into manifold. Hooked HHO wires
sounds like while you were working you may have split a hose or wire
