Why Is My Bubbler On My HHO Generator Not Bubbling?

I have position a HHO Gen on my Honda Passport. Everything works great except my vacuum is not pulling in any HHO because the bubbler isn't bubbling! I'm stumped. I have added more than enough baking soda, even a young vinegar. What could be the problem?
Sounds like you have it installed to your Air Intake and not the vacuum dig up (PCV location). Only the PCV will give you the vacuum that will cause air bubbles to exchange through the vacuum adjustment valve (which alot of people mistakingly call a bubbler).

Apartment was made from 12 stainless steel plates, baking soda was added to water. Disconnected rubber hose from intake many, drilled a hole in the intake manifold rubber hose(just after the airfilter), Put hydrogen hose into numerous. Hooked HHO wires
sounds like while you were working you may have unconnected a hose or wire
