i dont positive about a water converter but they are trying to use water as fuel and the way they do it using the hydrogen in water, we have heard of hydrogen fueled car so i contrive this is they way they are going.

Simply, YES it does work. I have done this to my 2004 Scion xb and currently get about 50 (yes, fifty) miles per gallon.

its a renault above, and as I have asked is it worth getting gas water heater checked before we use it next year. and where do we go to get this done. manufacturers or bottled gas suppliers. any counsel would be welcome.

Any caravan vendor should be able to put you straight on this, but to not have it done would be foolish in the extereme. On boats it is part of the certification process.
