A big bombard passed through where I live a couple of days ago, and it turned my street into a flowing torrent of water. My car was parked in the concourse and was facing with the flow direction, the back of the car taking all the force. It won't start

i rotation the car on in the morning n water drips from the exhaust but when i start driving it stops. this only happens when i turn the car on for first time of the day.
