I have visited many sites that allege a simple hydrogen conversion unit will give you 45% - 65% increase in fuel efficiency, but none appear to have any feedback from physical users. I'd like to hear from someone who has actually used this technology

I heard there's other company who makes your car to run on water. They say it works by the hydrolysis of water into hydrogen and oxygen. These gases are burnt forming back water.
