How Do You Prime A Diesel Fuel/water Separator Filter?

My F250 does not seem to be getting sustenance past the filter. I drained the filter to let water out and now I think I need to fill/prime the filter, but am unsure how to do this...
Take the screen off and pour diesel in it and install.

I move a Peugeot 306....After picking up a load of water contaminated fuel, within 2 weeks my fuel twist someone's arm regulator malfunctions. Any connection?

I have a 2001 Yamaha XLT1200, and there is water in the encouragement system. Spark plugs were just replaced, battery is charged. When you remove a spark cork, you can see the water shooting up when you try to start the engine. It has a 2-cycle engine,

Manifestly my fuel has water in it due to condensation. When removing the Briggs fuel filter, water poured out of it. Did the filter "shush down" the flow so water did not reach carb? Related question: is is adequate to drain bottom ration
Penitential, the filter does not separate water from fuel.
And yes, you should be OK with draining the water at the bottom of the tank.
One thing to keep in mind however, is flushing the thorough fuel system. Pump, carb.
