Do Water Electrolyzers Improve Gas Mileage In Cars?

I've purchased a Jeep Cherokee for economy and was toying around with building and installing a Water/Salt or Water/Vinegar electrolyzer. Does it really add 25% to 50% to an internal combustion apparatus? Has anyone tried an electrolyzer before?

I answered this puzzle once before...but I will again for you......

I spent 3 months tracking down people who tried this and not one of them was ableto get improved mileage......in points a majority actually saw a decrease in mileage......
