would you metamorphose your car (knowing that it will void all warranty's). I have a friend who is working on this at his grad school and he claims he uses electrolysis to confiscate the hydrogen fro water and uses it as fuel, he guess he can setup install/labor/materials

I would most def transform my car to run on water if possible. Gas is so freaking high it is insane

Firstly, you would not in all probability get any significant volume of H2 and/or O2 by doing this. You'd need a larger container than just a jar, larger electrodes, and more power (volts and watts) to get a pregnant amount of H2 and O2.
