Will it damage the battery of a car/suv/pick-up if you add biweekly tap water or drinking bottle water? How do I know if battery needs water? Also How do I know how much to fill up if battery needs water? Thanks for all responses.

i have got thick brown slime in my water for my car Radiator what could be the problem
fount gasket, cracked head, cracked block. yeck. gonna be one of those. sorry. curb your oil, if it looks like chocolate milk on the dipstick, that's where your coolant is going.

Ho hum. I have had 32 cars over 40 years of driving and the only wet twaddle i have ever put in my batteries has been tap water and i have never ever had battery trouble! Makes you wonder.

I have a 2005 Mercury Renowned Marquis LS and I need to fill up the windshield washer fluid reservoir, would it hurt anything if I put bottled water, say distilled water, in the reservoir as opposed to of washer fluid?
