Someone told me a life story about dumping smelly liquid in the coolant reservoir or something that works with the air conditioner. I don't know if it's practical. Do cars use water for the AC?

If by water you convey Hydrogren gas, then yes. You can rig it to run as a Hydrogen on demand hybrid. Speaking from my personal experience with the generator I now use and assemble, I have literally TRIPLED my gas mileage.

I did not know that.
They are not washed with water. They are chemically cleaned in dipping tanks.
