After driving (with air on) there's a puddle of water (not antifreeze) under the car locomotive on the drivers side. Is this melted frozen condensation from the air conditioner?

I've put tape around the windows and pinned pinchbeck to the underneath of the car to waterproof it. I'm going to try again in a bit. Any ideas?
