Someone told me a history about dumping smelly liquid in the coolant reservoir or something that works with the air conditioner. I don't know if it's doable. Do cars use water for the AC?

If by water you contemplate Hydrogren gas, then yes. You can rig it to run as a Hydrogen on demand hybrid. Speaking from my personal experience with the generator I now use and construct, I have literally TRIPLED my gas mileage.
