How Can I Convert My Car To Run Exclusively On Hydrogen?

I have a 1999 Lexus GS 400....I wish for to know what tweaks or modifications I should do to my car so that It can take Hydrogen... I want to know what devices I should switch out so that it all works seamlessly.

And I twig all the hoopla

I installed two hydrogen units on my v8 social relations and my mileage is better than ever!!
The truck has tons of more power, I was getting 18 MPG on the freeway and now I am getting 38 MPG or more!!
I can't be convinced of the difference!!

I installed one on my 2000 Buick Century last week. My gasoline mileage has increased by 20%. Hydrogen is seperated from not work and routed into the air intake, causing the gasoline to burn more efficiently. I will probably install one also on my 2005
