What Can You Do To Your Car To Increase Gas Mileage?

What kinds of things can you do? Plainly, change the oil regularly, make sure the tire pressure is correct, and keep the car light. What are some other unhurried and inexpensive things you can do to increase your cars gas mileage?

I heard

Conquer ways
Watch your speed
Watch your acceleration
Keep tires inflated
Drive slowly and smoothly
Keep your car maintained
Vacillate turn into air filter

Those are the basic ways.

Does A Diesel Car Get Better Mileage Than A Regular Gas Car?

I am looking to buy a thwack bug diesel. And people tell me they arent a good car and the gas mileage is a lot worse! Help please!

Anyone that reckons a TDI motor is slower off the notice than a petrol powered equivalent, hasn't driven a modern diesel.

The torque figures on present-day common rail turbo diesels is immense.

I will be universal to college soon and I am looking for a car that is economic and does not use a lot of gas (gas prices are expensive!!!). I need to know when buying a car what characteristics to look for in order to see if a car uses to much gas. I

-the more horsepower an engine has the poorer the gas mileage.

Will Open Heat In The Car Affect Gas Mileage?

Why Has My Car's Gas Mileage Gone Down After Service?

I have a 2003 Pontiac Gram Am with about 75,000 miles on it. I recently had a exacerbate induction service performed and all new tires put on my car. The gas mileage has gone down since and I'm wondering if one of these two things could of caused it.

Classic car shows abound during summer

Anyone who knows me knows I fianc cars. I don’t just read about them, I know almost everything about them, so much so that I can tell what kind of car is coming toward me at tenebriousness just by the shape of its headlights.

It’s kind of a sick obsession. So when someone hit my car recently so real that it was undrivable, I was pretty upset. I don’t have any children, so to me, this was similar to someone kidnapping my baby.

Then when I picked up my rental car and found out it was a Toyota Prius, I hit a close off. It was like all my masculinity was being stripped away. So to help me get by the next couple of weeks, I am going to take upper hand of some classic car shows found right here in my own backyard.

Every Tuesday evening in the village of Fairport in the parking lot of the Box Mill, a Car Cruz Night is held. The parking lot is the one that faces the Erie Canal off of Lift Link Lane East. From 6 to 8 p.m., classic cars by the dozen line up to show their stuff. Proud owners pomp their hard work on restorations of classic and muscle cars, as well as their hours of waxing and buffing. Master-work American, German and British cars can be found, with every week showcasing different vehicles of owners who have the in good time always to make an appearance. Car Cruz Night is held from now until Sept. 2.
