Will there be a problem in the later with rust or mold. what should I ask for when complaining to the manager. I should expect some sort of recourse for the future favourable?

I have a 1993 Buick Skylark and whenever it rains, puddles texture on the floor inside the car. I can see no leaks in the weather stripping. It seems like the water is coming up from the bottom or at the very least not leaking in from any unsubtle spots.
